How do I make a return?

Enter your order number and email address associated with the purchase in the fields above and click Start

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. 

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. 



What items are returnable?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 We also do not accept products that are intimate, or sanitary goods.

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

certain health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Are there any charges for return?

We have a one time free courtesy return for first time and returning customers.

After 1st return, you're responsible for the charges of the return shipping. If you would like to have us ship you a label please email customer care for the label rate. We use USPS for our return labels.



How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. If it was a credit card, please allow 7-10 business days.

Whichever method of payment you've chosen upon purchase is where you will receive your refund. PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay should have immediate available credit once the return has been processed. 

Once you have returned your item, please place a new order via the website if needed.
